✅ Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
✅ No refunds will be issued once work has started, except in special cases approved by management.
3. Client Responsibilities
✅ Clients must provide accurate and complete information for the project.
✅ Any delay in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.
✅ Clients must not use our services for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities
4. Revisions & Modifications
✅ We offer limited revisions as per the package selected.
✅ Any additional revisions or major modifications may incur extra charges.
✅ Design and marketing strategies will be finalized only after mutual approval.
5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
✅ We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business data.
✅ Clients must also respect the confidentiality of our strategies, reports, and work.
✅ We do not store or share personal data without consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
✅ We do our best to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific business results.
✅ We are not responsible for losses due to external factors, including changes in Google algorithms, ad policies, or third-party platform issues.
7. Termination of Services
✅ Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of at least 7 days.
✅ No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing work at the time of termination.
8. Copyright & Ownership
✅ Upon full payment, clients will own the final design, website, or content delivered.
✅ However, we may use completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Dispute Resolution
✅ Any disputes will be resolved through discussion. If unresolved, they will be handled under applicable Indian laws.
