- Once the project has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund.

- If we cancel a project due to our internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
2. Refund Policy
🔹 Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have already been delivered or are in progress cannot be refunded.
- No refunds on consultation fees, strategy planning, or completed digital work (such as website design, ads setup, or SEO work).
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by the client, such as not providing required information on time.

- If a client cancels before the work starts, a partial refund (excluding administrative and processing fees) may be considered.
- If the project is only partially completed, we may offer a refund based on the percentage of work done.
